Our goal is to get clean, clear and beautiful skin. The face is the most popular area to want this skin. Professional spas and expensive products are often over purchased just to get this type of skin.
But most of us cannot afford to spend that kind of money on skin care and spa treatments. Try making your own right
Meaningful Beauty products at home with little expense. In fact you will find many ingredients in your kitchen that can be used to make great skin care products. Keep reading for great ways you can use plain oatmeal for a great facial.
Adding olive oil, egg white and cooked oatmeal together is the first simple recipe. Be sure that you mix well so that the ingredients are evenly incorporated into the mixture. Now that you've combined those ingredients add a couple of drops of lemon juice and stir again. Once all of these ingredients have been mixed well you'll have a pretty good paste. Follow your normal cleansing routine. Clean your neck too. Now spread on your new mix to these areas. Take care that you do not get any of the mixture in your eyes. Allow the mixture to sit on your skin for fifteen to thirty minutes. Now that you've let it sit, use a warm damp cloth to remove the mix and rinse clean with warm (but not hot) water.
This next recipe includes yogurt and cooked oats. Be sure that you mash the cooked oats as you mix the ingredients together. Before applying to your skin make sure the oats are completely broken down. If your mixture is too thick it can be thinned with more yogurt or a little bit of milk. Spread it on your face, taking care to avoid your eyes and then let it sit for a few minutes. When the mask has dried, rinse it from your face and pat dry any excess moisture. Follow his procedure with your regular moisturizer for best results.
One rather easy oatmeal facial entails simply blending together a whole egg, some cooked instant oatmeal and a tiny portion of olive oil. Muddle up these three ingredients until you have developed an even paste. Smear the paste over your face and let it dry. When the mask has dried, use some lukewarm water to wash your face. Your face will be hygienic, silky and free of oils.
Improve your skins condition with the above tips or create your own recipes. Would you spend hundreds of dollars on something you can get in your own kitchen? You really shouldn't.
